to take time to get back, and we still need to have many restrictions for the protection
and well being of us all. ·
The capacity
of the church is restricted for weekend Masses to have social distancing. Every
second seat is closed off. ·
The requirement
for social distancing does not apply to a household sitting together (living in
the same house.) ·
Stewards
will be in the church to help with seating. For the time , we ask you to receive
Holy Communion in the hand only. ·
There is
no obligation to attend Sunday and Holyday Mass for the time being ·
Mass will
continue to be broadcast on Webcam from our churches. We hope to have the Webcam
installed in St Mary’s Church soon and at Glen Church, our outside loud speakers
will be on for our Sunday Mass. This means too we can remain in our cars, and then
receive the Eucharist at end of Mass. ·
After each
Mass, the seats will be sanitised ·
We have
sanitising stations in the porches, and we ask that everyone sanitise their hands
on entering and leaving the church. We encourage everyone to use a face mask ·
Collection
baskets will not be assed throughout the church – instead we will have collection
boxes in the church porches and as usual in the Pastoral Centre. BAPTISMS - If you have a baby for baptism. Please contact Fr. Doherty ENVELOPE COLLECTIONS - Thank you for the weekly collections received over the

work of Christ is really quite simple It means
to be faithful in little things, For to be
faithful in little things is a big thing. It means
to do one’s task, no matter how humble not only
thoroughly but joyfully, Yet never
to seek the limelight. It means
to make oneself useful, Without
seeking to push oneself. It means
to carry one’s burden without, as far as
possible, becoming a burden on others. In a word,
it means to be at one’s post, Helpful
and faithful, loyal and constant. Lord, make
me an instrument For the
building of your kingdom |
