DAILY MASS IN SAINT ANNE’S ORATORY :
We will have Daily Mass with a small congregation at
10.00 a.m. in St Anne’s Oratory from Monday 13th July. This will be subject to our
meeting all the requirements set down by the Diocese in relation to congregational
worship. Father Cargan has decided to delay the opening of the three
churches in our parish for weekend Masses, but hopes to have a return to the full
schedule by the month of August. We will continue to stream the all Masses on our webcam
to facilitate those unable to attend. The churches will be open for private prayer
each day.
FIRST ANNIVERSARY MASS :
The First Anniversary Mass for Dan McGoldrick (RIP), Lismoyle Road will be
celebrated on Saturday 18th July at 6.00 p.m. in Saint Anne’s Oratory.

Orders. Your support for the parish is much appreciated. Envelopes can be returned
to the Parochial House or to McCotters’ Shop or placed in the candlebra in the churches.

CEMETERY DONATIONS
:
Father Cargan acknowledges
two donations of £100 towards the new cemetery and thanks you for the support given and interest shown.
Work continues with the perimeter fencing, blockwork at the wall and the creation
of sightlines on Drumsaragh Road to allow for the construction of a parking bay.
PARISH CENSUS DRAW :
The draw took place on Tuesday evening with the help
of Kim in the parish office and witnessed by Pyramus and Thisbe. As witnesses they
will be willing to answer any queries about the manner in which the draw was conducted
but you will have to bring some doggy treats to get any information out of them.
Father Cargan added another £50 from his holiday bonus (going nowhere this year)
making the prizes 1 x £100 and 3 x £50. The family names drawn were : The Oliver
Family, 73 Boveedy Road; The O’Kane Family, 4 Claragh Hill Court; The Dowdell Family,
9 Lisnagreen, Lisnagrot Road; and the O’Kane Family, 3 Laragh Lane.

LOUGH DERG PILGRIM PATH :
Saturday
18th and Sunday 19th
July : The Lakeshore and Ancient Pilgrim Path reopens for visitors. Walk
and Pray the Ancient Pilgrim Path with the Prior . The Walk begins at noon and lasts
4hr (approx.) covering 12k with a moderate loop. Booking is essential. For further
